The Innovation of Organizational Culture Management in Government Agencies

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) analyze the organizational culture management of government agencies, 2) identify the problems of organizational culture management of government agencies, and 3) propose innovations in organizational culture management of government agencies the sample was qualitative research They were selected by sample group the instrument for collecting data was executives, civil servants of the Department of Disease Control, and civil servants of related agencies—analysis of data by content analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) Problem analysis consists of 5 processes: analysis of the current organizational culture, determination of organizational vision and values, creation of personnel participation, training development, and improvement and evaluation. 2) Problem aspect: There are five problems: inefficient use of resources, lack of a backup plan for operations, inflexibility of rules, inability to adhere to work regulations, and inability to respect and obey supervisors. 3) Innovation aspect: the organization should have continuous energy conservation; its workers are not officially transferred to practice the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission Office. Not adapting to the situation, resulting in inflexibility in work; d) compliance with regulations is not continuous; and e) delays in giving orders, sometimes not in writing because some matters are not related to the duties or responsibilities of the practitioner.
