Instructional Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Promotion Classroom Research as Perceived by Teachers under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research are to study 1) the academic leadership of administrators as teacher perception, 2) encouragement of classroom research as teacher perception, 3) the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators regarding the encouragement of classroom research as teacher perception, 4) the academic leadership which affects classroom research. This is quantitative research. The sample group used in this research consists of 340 teachers from different schools under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. A 5-point scale questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.943. The data were analyzed using a statistical software program to find percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results found that 1) The overall academic leadership of school administrators as perceived by Teachers under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is high. 2) The overall encouragement of classroom research as perceived by Teachers under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is high. 3) The relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators regarding the encouragement of classroom research, as perceived by Teachers under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, is positively correlated at a relatively high level of 0.747, with statistical significance at the .01 level. 4) The academic leadership of school administrators is a significant factor that contributes to the encouragement of classroom research under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This is followed by mission setting, education management, instructional supervision, student progress monitoring, and creating a conducive teaching and learning environment.
