บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู 2) ศึกษาการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนตามการรับรู้ของครู และ 4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 จำนวน 340 คน เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.943 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและหาค่าทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนตามการรับรู้ของครู อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนตามการรับรู้ของครู มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกระดับค่อนข้างสูง (r = 0.747) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ได้แก่ ด้านการกำหนดพันธกิจ ด้านการจัดการหลักสูตรและการสอน ด้านการนิเทศการสอน ด้านการกำกับติดตามความก้าวหน้าของนักเรียนและด้านการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศการเรียนการสอน
