Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the confirmatory factor of the measurement model of latent variables of working life quality, motivation to organize learning, attitude toward the teaching profession, teacher spirituality, and dedication to learning management, and 2) to develop a causal factor model that influences the dedication to learning management of teachers. 3) to study the causal factors that influence the dedication to learning management of teachers. The sample comprised 360 civil servant teachers. They were selected using a multi-stage random sampling method. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data was performed using the mean, standard deviation, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research results were found as follows: 1) The confirmatory factor of the model measuring latent variables of working life quality, motivation to organize learning, attitude toward the teaching profession, teacher spirituality, and dedication to learning management are in line with the empirical data. 2) The causal factor model that influences the dedication to learning management of civil servant teachers. The developed model is consistent with empirical data, and the variable that has a direct influence on the dedication to learning management of civil servant teachers is teacher spirituality. 3) The variable that direction influences the dedication of learning management of civil servant teachers is the spirit of being a teacher. The variable that indirectly influences is the motivation for learning management. The variables that directly and indirectly influence the dedication to learning management of civil servant teachers are quality of life and attitude towards the teaching profession. All variables in the model can jointly explain 61% of the variance in the dedication to learning management among civil servant teachers.
