Abstract

This article, “Digital Kaizen: Innovation in modern public administration towards excellence,” aims to study and analyze how government organizations apply Digital Kaizen to adapt to a rapidly changing world. It explores the concepts, theories, principles, evolution, techniques, tools, applications, case studies, and guidelines for implementing this digital methodology in public administration. Employing an inductive analysis method, the study examines various secondary data sources, including documents, textbooks, laws, academic articles, and related research. The article aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of Digital Kaizen principles and provide guidelines for its application, focusing on continuously improving operational processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, improving service quality, and increasing public satisfaction, ultimately developing modern public administration towards excellence, achieving national development goals, raising the quality of life, and creating a society that progresses sustainably. The study reveals that applying Digital Kaizen enhances operational efficiency by reducing procedures and service delivery time, increasing operational transparency, and fostering citizen engagement and satisfaction.
