การจัดการความรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลของคณะกรรมการตัดสินในรายการชิงช้าสวรรค์ 2023-2024

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลของคณะกรรมการตัดสินในรายการชิงช้าสวรรค์ 2023-2024 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นแบบเจาะจง กำหนดขนาดตามตาราง Krejcie & Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามและ แบบจําลอง SECI (SECI Model) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานเป็นค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการความรู้ของคณะกรรมการรายการชิงช้าสวรรค์ 2023-2024 ตามแบบจําลอง SECI (SECI Model) ได้แก่ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการหลังการแสดง ช่วยให้ผู้แข่งขันรับความรู้ฝังลึกจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยตรง เป็นการสร้างทักษะผ่านการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง การส่งต่อความรู้เกิดจากความรู้ฝังลึกจากคณะกรรมการถูกแปลงเป็นคำอธิบาย ถ่ายทอดผ่านการวิจารณ์ในรายการและช่องทางออนไลน์ ทำให้เกิดความรู้ที่จับต้องได้ การบูรณาการความรู้ มีการรวบรวมและผสานความรู้จากหลากหลายแหล่ง ทั้งในการแข่งขันและออนไลน์ เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการประกวดลูกทุ่งให้สูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง การนำไปใช้ ผู้เข้าแข่งขันนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับไปฝึกฝนจนเกิดเป็นความรู้ฝังลึกสร้างความเป็นมืออาชีพและอัตลักษณ์เฉพาะตน 2) มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 504 คน เป็นผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับรายการชิงช้าสวรรค์ พบว่า คณะกรรมการให้กำลังใจและมีความเป็นกันเองกับผู้เข้าแข่งขัน ทำให้ผู้เข้าแข่งขันพร้อมเปิดรับคำแนะนำ ร้อยละ 79.4 ข้อเสนอแนะของคณะกรรมการมีผลต่อการพัฒนาทักษะการร้องเพลง การเล่นดนตรีและการแสดงของผู้เข้าแข่งขัน ร้อยละ 72.1 และการทำงานของคณะกรรมการช่วยพัฒนาแนวทางการสร้างสรรค์วงดนตรีลูกทุ่งอย่างต่อเนื่อง ร้อยละ 72
