Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to study the effective knowledge management of the organizing committee of the Chingcha Sawarn Singing Contest 2023-2024. The sample group used was purposive, with the size determined according to the Krejcie & Morgan table. The data collection tools were questionnaires and the SECI Model. Data were analyzed using basic statistics as percentages. The results of the research found that 1) Knowledge management of the 2023-2024 Ferris Wheel program committee, according to the SECI Model, included the exchange of knowledge and opinions of the committee after the performance, allowing the contestants to gain in-depth knowledge directly from experts. This was to build skills through learning from real experiences. Knowledge transfer occurred when the committee's in-depth knowledge was converted into explanations and conveyed through critiques in the program and online channels, resulting in tangible knowledge. Knowledge integration involved collecting and integrating knowledge from various sources, both within the competition and online, to raise the standards of Luk Thung contests continually. Application: Contestants applied the knowledge they gained in practice until it became in-depth, creating professionalism and a unique identity. 2) 504 respondents were involved in the Ferris Wheel program. It was found that the judges were encouraging and friendly to the contestants, making them open to suggestions at a rate of 79.4 percent. The judges’ suggestions had an impact on the development of the contestants’ singing, playing, and performing skills at 72.1 percent. The work of the judges helped develop guidelines for creating Luk Thung bands, with a continuous rate of 72 percent.
