บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินโครงการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่าน 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาโครงการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่าน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 คน ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 42 คน และนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 6 จำนวน 735 คน รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 777 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือแบบประเมินโครงการรักการอ่าน และข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเป็นแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวการดำเนินงานการประเมินโครงการตามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน การหาค่าสถิติโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การประเมินโครงการฯ ด้านการประเมินปฏิกิริยา ด้านการประเมินการเรียนรู้ ด้านการประเมินพฤติกรรม และด้านการประเมินผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดต่อองค์กร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนการเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาโครงการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่าน พบว่า 1) ด้านการประเมินปฏิกิริยา ประเมินได้สูงที่สุด คือการจัดบรรยากาศสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) ด้านการประเมินการเรียนรู้ นักเรียนสามารถนำสิ่งที่ตนเองอ่านนั้นไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการเรียนได้และเห็นความสำคัญหลังการอ่าน 3) ด้านการประเมินพฤติกรรม ทำให้นักเรียนใส่ใจที่จะค้นคว้าหาความรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ และ 4) ด้านการประเมินผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดต่อองค์กร พบว่านักเรียนมีผลการทดสอบการอ่านเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี
