บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 5 แห่ง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่าง และตรวจสอบรูปแบบโดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 58 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์ 2) ขอบข่ายการบริหารงานวิชาการ 3) กระบวนการบริหารงาน และ 4) ผลผลิตและปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของนักเรียนมีความเหมาะสม และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความเห็นว่าการนำรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพไปใช้มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
