คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้นำคนพิการในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้นำคนพิการ ตามความต้องการของคนพิการและเพื่อนำไปเป็นข้อมูลให้คนพิการที่ทำหน้าที่ผู้นำได้พัฒนาหรือปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทการทำงานเพื่อคนพิการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น 2) ศึกษาข้อจำกัดของผู้นำคนพิการ และความคาดหวังในบทบาทของผู้นำคนพิการ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือคนพิการที่มีภูมิลำเนาในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ที่มาติดต่อศูนย์บริการคนพิการจังหวัด ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตามสูตรของ Yamane (1967) จำนวน 240 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามทดลองกับคนพิการที่มาติดต่อศูนย์บริการคนพิการจังหวัด จำนวน 30 ราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะ 3 ด้าน 1) ด้านความรู้ ผู้นำคนพิการ ควรมีความรู้เรื่องสวัสดิการเบี้ยความพิการ มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล รู้จักการวางแผนการทำงานเพื่อสังคม และมีความรู้เรื่องนโยบายสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐสำหรับประชาชนผู้มีรายได้น้อย 2) ด้านทักษะ ผู้นำคนพิการควรมีลักษณะการสื่อสารแบบมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการปกป้องคุ้มครองสิทธิให้กับคนพิการ และ 3) ด้านทัศนคติ ผู้นำคนพิการควรมีประวัติการทำงานที่ดี มีความเมตตาเอื้อเฟื้อ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์เป็นที่ยอมรับ มีความจริงใจในการทำงาน พร้อมแก้ปัญหาด้วยสุขภาพจิตที่ดี
