บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 400 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานและวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจโดยการหมุนแกนด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ตัวแปรที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือการสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้วยความรับผิดชอบคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัย รองลงมาคือการใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างระมัดระวังไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย 2. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้ทั้งสิ้น 8 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างมีจริยธรรม 2) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการสรรค์สร้างนวัตกรรมทางการบริหาร 3) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายทางเทคโนโลยี 4) ภาวะผู้นำด้านสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยี 5) ภาวะผู้นำด้านความเป็นผู้นำที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ 6) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ 7) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร และ 8) ภาวะผู้นำด้านบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีสู่การปฏิบัติ
