บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสนับสนุนและความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอย 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยจำแนกตามลักษณะของผู้อยู่อาศัย และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสนับสนุนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอย โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้อยู่อาศัยในตำบลปลวกแดง อำเภอปลวกแดง จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 395 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .955 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนความพึงพอใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของผู้อยู่อาศัย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผู้อยู่อาศัยที่มีเพศและอายุ แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอย แตกต่างกัน 3) ปัจจัยคความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับขยะมูลฝอย (X1) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม (X2) ด้านปริมาณขยะ (X3) มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยและสามารถอธิบายการผันแปรของความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอย ได้ร้อยละ 49.10 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ ได้ดังนี้ = 1.061+0.283X1+0.249X2+0.245X3
