การพัฒนาบุคลากรในการใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาแบบออนไลน์ ศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเชียรใหญ่ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหา 2) พัฒนาบุคลากร และ 3) ประเมินผลการพัฒนาบุคลากรในการใช้ระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลนักศึกษาแบบออนไลน์ศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภอเชียรใหญ่ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ ตามแนวคิดของ Kemmis and McTaggart กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ บุคลากร จำนวน 14 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสำรวจ แบบทดสอบ แบบประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจ แบบประเมินทักษะและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาการใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาแบบออนไลน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ พบว่า บุคลากรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาแบบออนไลน์ มากขึ้น โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการพัฒนามีค่ามากกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ผลการประเมินผลการพัฒนาบุคลากร พบว่า (1) ความรู้ความเข้าใจการใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาแบบออนไลน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ทักษะการใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาแบบออนไลน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (3) ความพึงพอใจการพัฒนาใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการนักศึกษาแบบออนไลน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
