บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการเรื่องกิจการนักศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นการนำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับกิจการนักศึกษา ตามพระราชบัญญัติการอุดมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2562 แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา (พ.ศ. 2560-2564) และแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนในโลกยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อศึกษากิจการนักศึกษาที่มีพลวัตรของการเปลี่ยนแปลงในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่งถือเป็นองค์ประกอบอย่างหนึ่งที่จะช่วยพัฒนาและเพิ่มศักยภาพให้นักศึกษามีคุณลักษณะของความเป็นบุคคลที่สมบูรณ์ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาศักยภาพในการทำงานต่อไปได้ รวมทั้งสถานศึกษาจะต้องพัฒนาผู้เรียนในด้านความรู้ และทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อบูรณาการทักษะ 3 ส่วน เข้าด้วยกัน คือ (1) ทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม (2) ทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ และ (3) ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยีดิจิตอล เช่น กิจกรรมการออกแบบความคิดและอบรมความรู้ในการทำงานศตวรรษที่ 21, กิจกรรมชมรมอาสาพัฒนาชุมชน, กิจกรรมทักษะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการดิจิทัล เป็นต้น
