การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย จำนวน 93 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากร และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของประชากร ส่วนวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทยอยู่ในระดับมากขึ้นไป 4 องค์ประกอบ ส่วนแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสังกัดมูลนิธิแห่งสภาคริสตจักรในประเทศไทย มี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านวัฒนธรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยง 2) ด้านนโยบายการบริหารความเสี่ยง 3) ด้านโครงสร้างการบริหารความเสี่ยง และ 4) ด้านกระบวนการบริหารความเสี่ยง 5 ขั้น ได้แก่ (1)การสื่อสารและการให้คำแนะนำ (2) การกำหนดสภาพแวดล้อม (3) การประเมินความเสี่ยง (4) การจัดการความเสี่ยง (5) การติดตามและการทบทวน
