บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำแห่งการเรียนรู้ 2) ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติขององค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ และ 3) ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง และศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำแห่งการเรียนรู้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน กลุ่มที่ 2 ขั้นตอนที่ 2.1 ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการบริหารการศึกษา 7 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2.2 หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ 280 คน กลุ่มที่ 3 หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ 417 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสอบถามความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติ และแบบประเมินภาวะผู้นำแห่งการเรียนรู้ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติ การตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ผลพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำแห่งการเรียนรู้ 6 องค์ประกอบ 22 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ (1) การเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเป็นทีม 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ (2) การจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษา 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (3) การใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีการเรียนรู้ 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (4) กระบวนการคิดขั้นสูง 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ (5) การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (6) การบูรณาการงานเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ทุกองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ภาวะผู้นำแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติ มากกว่าร้อยละ 80 และ 3) องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ระดับภาวะผู้นำแห่งการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมาก
