การพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้จัดการแผนกซ่อมบำรุงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปอาหาร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญในการพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้จัดการแผนกซ่อมบำรุงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปอาหาร 2) สร้างรูปแบบสมรรถนะ และ 3) จัดทำคู่มือรูปแบบสมรรถนะ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ดำเนินการด้วยระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบการวิจัยแบบผสม การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างถูกใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 9 ท่าน บทสัมภาษณ์ถูกวิเคราะห์โดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดแบบลิเคิรท 5 ระดับ ที่สร้างมาจากผลการวิเคราะห์แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามถูกแจกให้กับผู้จัดการแผนกงานซ่อมบำรุง จำนวน 329 ท่าน โดยการเลือกแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย ข้อมูลที่ได้จะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนำมาวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ ผลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์จะถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อจัดทำร่างรูปแบบสมรรถนะและคู่มือรูปแบบสมรรถนะ หลังจากนั้นร่างรูปแบบและคู่มือจะถูกนำมาประเมินโดยการสนทนากลุ่มของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 13 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญในการพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะ ได้แก่ ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า ข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานต่างๆ เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน การบริหารจัดการงานซ่อมบำรุง และภาวะการเป็นผู้นำและการตัดสินใจ
