บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้สอบบัญชี คุณภาพการบริการงานสอบบัญชี และกระบวนการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการสำนักงานสอบบัญชีของบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด (2) ปัจจัยความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้สอบบัญชี ที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการสำนักงานสอบบัญชีของบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด และ (3) ปัจจัยคุณภาพการบริการงานสอบบัญชีที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการสำนักงานสอบบัญชีของบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรเป็นบุคลากรของบริษัทมหาชน จำกัด ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 305 ตัวอย่าง สถิติพรรณาใช้ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติอ้างอิงใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้สอบบัญชี คุณภาพการบริการงานสอบบัญชี และกระบวนการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการสำนักงานสอบบัญชีของบริษัทมหาชน จำกัด อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้สอบบัญชี ด้านทักษะการจัดการองค์กร ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะการจัดการตนเอง ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและการสื่อสาร ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการสำนักงานสอบบัญชีของบริษัทมหาชน จำกัด (3) ปัจจัยคุณภาพการบริการงานสอบบัญชี ด้านความสามารถพิสูจน์ยืนยันได้ ด้านความเกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดสินใจ ด้านความเป็นตัวแทนอันเที่ยงธรรม ด้านความสามารถเปรียบเทียบได้ และ ด้านความสามารถเข้าใจได้ ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการสำนักงานสอบบัญชีของบริษัทมหาชน จำกัด
