บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ทักษะดิจิทัลของครู (2) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลของครู และ (3) พัฒนาแนวทางพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลของครู โดยเป็นการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 275 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเทียบตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNI Modified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันทักษะดิจิทัลของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ทักษะดิจิทัลของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ความต้องการจำเป็น ได้แก่ ทักษะการใช้ดิจิทัลเพื่อความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ทักษะการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการศึกษา และทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสร้างสื่อดิจิทัล และ (3) แนวทางพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลของครูเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ผลการประเมินแนวทางพัฒนา โดยรวมพบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
