บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (3) พัฒนาแนวทางพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 358 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) แบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (3) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง และ (4) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านทักษะเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ด้านทักษะการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านทักษะการแก้ปัญหาตามลำดับ และ (3) แนวทางพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผู้บริหารควรนำความรู้ประสบการณ์เดิมมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนให้ครูและบุคลากรได้จัดหานวัตกรรมเพื่อยกผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียนให้สูงขึ้น และมีการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานระบบงานในองค์โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
