บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการ 2) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ 3) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ในการบริหารจัดการ 4) เพื่อทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโรงเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นการวิจัยผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 268 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เชิงคุณภาพ สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ และ/หรือมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 9 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารจัดการการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.87) ขั้นตอนที่ 2) ผลการสร้าง และตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จํานวน 5 คน พบว่า ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทุกคนมีความเห็นว่า รูปแบบมีความถูกต้องและเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ผลการประเมินความสอดคล้องและความเป็นประโยชน์ความสอดคล้องและความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการไปใช้โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.68 และขั้นตอนที่ 4) การทดลองนำรูปแบบไปใช้พบว่ามีความสอดคล้องและเป็นประโยชน์ในการวางแผนระบบการบริหารงาน และการจัดการเรียนการสอน
