การจัดสวัสดิการที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในแต่ละช่วงวัย: กรณีศึกษาเทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สถานการณ์การจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุแต่ละช่วงวัยในปัจจุบันของเทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี 2) ความต้องการการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุแต่ละช่วงวัยของเทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี และ 3) แนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุแต่ละช่วงวัยของเทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชากรผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี จำนวน 370 คน และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดสวัสดิการที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในแต่ละช่วงวัยของเทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ แบบสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสร้างข้อสรุป และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สถานการณ์การจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุแต่ละช่วงวัยในปัจจุบันของเทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี เทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรีร่วมกับโรงพยาบาลสิงห์บุรีจัดทำโครงการจัดบริการดูแลระยะยาวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง และแจกเบี้ยยังชีพแก่ผู้สูงอายุ ความต้องการการได้รับการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุแต่ละช่วงวัยของเทศบาลเมืองสิงห์บุรี ผู้สูงอายุวัยต้น ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ผู้สูงอายุวัยกลาง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ผู้สูงอายุวัยปลาย ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านความมั่นคงในชีวิต จากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดเป็นแนวทางดังนี้ โมเดล SPCVC ประกอบด้วย ชมรมผู้สูงอายุเข้มแข็ง โครงการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ การฝึกอาชีพให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุ และการดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเปราะบาง
