รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในภาวะวิกฤตไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 สำหรับโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์สภาพและองค์ประกอบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในภาวะวิกฤตไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 2) พัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาในภาวะวิกฤตไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 สำหรับโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 509 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเห็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความถูกต้อง และการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาในภาวะวิกฤตไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 สำหรับโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการป้องกันและลดผลกระทบ มีการปฏิบัติในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การเตรียมพร้อมรับภัย การจัดการในภาวะวิกฤต และการจัดการหลังภาวะวิกฤต มีการปฏิบัติในระดับมาก 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของการบริหารสถานศึกษาในภาวะวิกฤตไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ โดยองค์ประกอบที่มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบสูงสุดคือ การป้องกันและลดผลกระทบ รองลงมาคือการเตรียมพร้อมรับภัย การจัดการในภาวะวิกฤต และการจัดการหลังภาวะวิกฤต 3) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความถูกต้อง และการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
