คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของข้าราชการตำรวจ กรณีศึกษาสถานีตำรวจนครบาลท่าเรือ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของตำรวจนครบาล สน.ท่าเรือ และ 2. เปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของตำรวจนครบาล สน.ท่าเรือ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ประชากรคือตำรวจนครบาล สน.ท่าเรือ จำนวน 158 นาย การทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้สถิติ t-test, F-test, Multiple Comparison Test ของ Scheffe ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของตำรวจนครบาล สน.ท่าเรือโดยรวมทั้ง 8 ด้าน จะอยู่ระดับ“มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.93 ค่า SD.อยู่ที่ .77 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ระดับ “มาก” 7 ด้าน และอยู่ระดับ “ปานกลาง” 1 ด้าน โดยอันดับหนึ่งถึงสามของระดับ “มาก” ได้แก่ ด้านการบูรณาการทางสังคม ด้านโอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพ และด้านประชาธิปไตยในองค์การ ตามลำดับ ส่วนระดับ “ปานกลาง” ได้แก่ ด้านค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมและเพียงพอ และ 2. ตำรวจนครบาล สน.ท่าเรือ ที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลในเรื่องอายุ สายงาน ชั้นยศที่แตกต่างกันจะมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน
