ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิผลต่อทุนทางสังคมและผลการดำเนินงานของขบวนการสหกรณ์ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การสหกรณ์มีความสำคัญต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจไทย ในระบบสหกรณ์มีประชากรมากกว่า 11 ล้านคน และทุนดำเนินงานมากกว่า 3.5 ล้านล้านบาท ระบบสหกรณ์ประกอบด้วยหน่วยธุรกิจรูปแบบพิเศษที่อาศัยทุนทางสังคมเพื่อประโยชน์ในความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการขับเคลื่อนทางสังคม บทบาทกรรมการ และระบบสหกรณ์แรงงานที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อทุนทางสังคมและผลการดำเนินงาน 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของตัวแปรด้านการขับเคลื่อนทางสังคม บทบาทกรรมการ และระบบสหกรณ์แรงงานที่ส่งผลต่อทุนทางสังคมและผลการดำเนินงาน และ 3) สร้างแบบจำลองปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อทุนทางสังคมของขบวนการสหกรณ์ในประเทศไทย โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงประมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยประชากรเป็นผู้แทนสหกรณ์การเกษตรสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 ชุด ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการเลือกตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการเฉพาะเจาะจง และประชุมสนทนากลุ่มย่อยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 ท่าน เพื่อการยืนยันผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ตัวแปรขับเคลื่อนทางสังคม บทบาทกรรมการ และระบบสหกรณ์แรงงานมีอิทธิพลต่อทุนทางสังคมและผลการดำเนินงาน 2) ตัวแปรทุนทางสังคม ได้รับอิทธิพลทางตรงจากการขับเคลื่อนทางสังคม บทบาทกรรมการ และระบบสหกรณ์แรงงาน ตัวแปรผลการดำเนินงาน ได้รับอิทธิพลทางตรงจากการขับเคลื่อนทางสังคม บทบาทกรรมการ ระบบสหกรณ์แรงงาน และทุนทางสังคม และตัวแปรผลการดำเนินงาน ได้รับอิทธิผลทางอ้อมจากการขับเคลื่อนทางสังคม บทบาทกรรมการ และระบบสหกรณ์แรงงาน และ 3) แบบจำลองปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อทุนทางสังคมของขบวนการสหกรณ์ในประเทศไทย เป็นองค์ความรู้ใหม่ เรียงลำดับตัวแปรจากล่างขึ้นบน ดังนี้ ระบบสหกรณ์แรงงาน การขับเคลื่อนทางสังคม บทบาทกรรมการ ทุนทางสังคมและผลการดำเนินงาน
