การพัฒนาการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูของนิสิต หลักสูตรควบระดับปริญญาตรี 2 ปริญญา มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและแนวทางการนิเทศ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล เป็นผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับงานฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 2) สร้างรูปแบบ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3) ทดลองใช้ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือครูพี่เลี้ยงและอาจารย์นิเทศก์ 4) ประเมินรูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบรายงานผลการฝึกประสบการณ์และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานและแนวทางการนิเทศ เมื่อนิสิตจบจะได้รับปริญญาสาขาวิชาเอกและปริญญาการศึกษาบัณฑิต การนิเทศนิสิต 1 คน มีอาจารย์จากสาขาวิชาเอกและสาขาการศึกษา แนวทางการนิเทศ มีหลักการบนพื้นฐานของวิชาชีพครู ยึดหลักประชาธิปไตย เพื่อให้นิสิตได้มาตรฐานตามสภาวิชาชีพ มีปัจจัยนำเข้าจากทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีขั้นเตรียมการและการนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติ และมีผลลัพธ์ที่ได้มาตรฐานตามเกณฑ์ของคุรุสภา 2) รูปแบบมี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และ ผลลัพธ์ รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) การทดลองใช้รูปแบบ นิสิตมีทักษะและสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติการสอน การจัดการเรียนรู้ในสาขาวิชาเอกในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูก่อนและหลังการปฏิบัติการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) การประเมินรูปแบบ นิสิตผ่านการประเมิน 98.97% ความพึงพอใจของครูพี่เลี้ยงและอาจารย์นิเทศก์ต่อการใช้รูปแบบในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
