บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Connoisseurship) จำนวน 9 ท่าน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ มี 11 องค์ประกอบ 2. รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนนำประกอบด้วย หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายของรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ส่วนเนื้อหา ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบของภาวะเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กระบวนการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ตามองค์ประกอบ และแนวทางการประเมินผล ส่วนการนำไปใช้ ประกอบด้วย เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ และผลของการใช้รูปแบบ และ 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบด้านความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ในภาพรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
