บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทาง 2) สร้างและประเมินร่างรูปแบบ และ 3) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผลในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี
ใช้ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 382 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถามการประเมิน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา สถิติที่ใช้คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในปัจจุบัน โดยรวมผู้บริหารมีสมรรถนะอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และได้แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 6 ด้าน 2) รูปแบบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มี 6 สมรรถนะ คือ ด้านการสื่อสารและจูงใจ ด้านการบริหารงานอย่างมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ด้านการบริการที่ดี และด้านการพัฒนาตนเองและบุคลากร 2) องค์ประกอบกระบวนการในการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผลในศตวรรษที่ 21 ผลการประเมินร่างรูปแบบในด้านความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสม ในภาพรวมพบว่า ความถูกต้องอยู่ในระดับมาก และความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ผลการทดลองใช้โดยประเมินรูปแบบในด้านความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ ในภาพรวมพบว่า ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
