บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 4) ศึกษาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู รวมทั้งสิ้น 326 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้เกณฑ์ร้อยละ ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำแนกเป็น 2 ฉบับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .60-1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ตัวแปรภาวะผู้นำยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 5 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการสื่อสาร โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 67
