การปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครูในสังกัด สพป.สุรินทร์ เขต 3 2) เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติของครูผู้สอนต่อการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู จำแนกตามเพศและวิทยฐานะ และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 348 คน กำหนดโดยการใช้รูปแบบตารางเครซซี่ มอร์แกน และการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น แบบตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและรายด้าน พบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือจรรยาบรรณต่อผู้ร่วมประกอบวิชาชีพ ด้านที่ค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ จรรยาบรรณ
ต่อสังคม 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพครู จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05
3) ผลการวิเคราะห์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า พบว่า (1) ด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อตนเอง เน้นให้ครูพัฒนาตนเองให้มีมาตรฐานในการทำงาน (2) ด้านจรรยาบรรณต่อวิชาชีพ เน้นการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน (3) จรรยาบรรณต่อผู้รับบริการ ปรับปรุงระบบการให้บริการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (4) จรรยาบรรณต่อผู้ร่วมประกอบวิชาชีพ คือ ผู้บริหารยึดหลักความยุติธรรมในการบริหาร และ (5) จรรยาบรรณต่อสังคม คือ ร่วมกิจกรรมและเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารสถานศึกษา
