แนวโน้มอนาคตภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลในทศวรรษหน้า

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลที่เป็นเลิศในปัจจุบัน และศึกษาแนวโน้มอนาคตภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลในทศวรรษหน้า โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง 2) แบบสอบถาม ด้วยเทคนิค EDFR โดยการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแบบสอบถาม (IOC) ที่ระดับ 0.84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าฐานนิยม และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลที่เป็นเลิศในปัจจุบัน มีโครงสร้างการบริหารเพิ่มขึ้นมาตามจุดเน้นและวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ มีการเพิ่มฝ่ายงานด้านความเป็นเลิศ มีการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ สู่ความเป็นเลิศที่ชัดเจนและสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เป็นเลิศ โดยมีนโยบายผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นเป็นแรงขับสำคัญในการพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ 2) แนวโน้มอนาคตภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลในทศวรรษหน้า มี 7 หมวด 32 ตัวชี้วัด ภาพรวมแนวโน้มอนาคตภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลในทศวรรษหน้าที่จะเกิดขึ้นจริงหรือเป็นจริงอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด ( = 4.69, SD = .48) เป็นภาพอนาคตที่พึงประสงค์ ร้อยละ 99.96 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายหมวด พบว่า หมวด 5 การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.78, SD = .39) โดยความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ให้ข้อมูล มีความสอดคล้องของความคิดเห็น (Interquartile Range Q3-Q1 ไม่เกิน 1.5) ในทุกหมวดและทุกตัวชี้วัด
