แนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้สอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา มุกดาหาร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ (2) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น (3) พัฒนาแนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้สอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 (4) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้สอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 252 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้เกณฑ์ร้อยละและวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ (2) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (3) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูผู้สอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพปัจจุบันของสมรรถนะครูผู้สอนในคตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา มุกดาหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของสมรรถนะครูผู้สอนในคตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ความต้องการจำเป็น ด้านที่มีค่าสูงกว่าค่าโดยรวม ได้แก่ ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ด้านสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี ด้านภาษาและการสื่อสาร และด้านหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอน (3) แนวทางพัฒนาของสมรรถนะครูผู้สอนในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 7 ด้าน รวมแนวทางพัฒนาทั้งสิ้น 36 แนวทาง (4) ผลการประเมินแนวทางพัฒนาโดยรวมพบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
