แนวทางพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการเลือกตั้งของคนในเทศบาลนครนครปฐม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูล สถานการณ์บริบท และปัญหาของเทศบาลนครนครปฐม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม เกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้ง 2) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบในการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมในการใช้
สิทธิเลือกตั้ง และ 3) หาแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการเลือกตั้งของคนในชุมชน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed methodology) โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 430 คน ใช้การคัดเลือกแบบกำหนดคุณสมบัติเป็นผู้อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาข้อมูล สถานการณ์บริบทและปัญหาของเทศบาลนครนครปฐม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม เกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้ง เทศบาลนครปฐม มีพื้นที่ 19.5 ตารางกิโลเมตร พื้นที่การปกครองแบ่งออกเป็น 9 ตำบล 77 ชุมชน มีประชากรทั้งหมด 72,753 คน เป็นเพศชาย 34,445 คน และเพศหญิง 38,308 คน 2) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบในการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมในการใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง โดยองค์ประกอบการไปใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้ง ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการเลือกตั้งของคนในชุมชน โดยได้แนวทาง ดังนี้ การสร้างแนวทางออกมาใช้สิทธิ์เลือกตั้ง และการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้ง
