บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 3) ศึกษาคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 4) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าบริหารงานวิชาการ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 362 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การทดสอบเอฟ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจึงทำการทดสอบรายคู่ของเชฟเฟ่ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. คุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4. การบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจำนวน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถานศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ .931 โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ได้ร้อยละ 86.60
