บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์ผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก 2) สร้างรูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก และ 3) ตรวจสอบ และประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ โรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่เป็นเครือข่ายการพัฒนาของคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม ปีการศึกษา 2566 ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน โดยกำหนดผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบจาะจง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 10 คน ครูวิชาการ 10 คน กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 1) แบบบันทึกการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง 3) แบบตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม และประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 1.1) กำหนดนโยบาย และมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพ 1.2) การอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร 1.3) การวิเคราะห์บริบทและความต้องการ 1.4) การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาและการดำเนินงาน 1.5) การติดตามและประเมินผล 1.6) การจัดทำรายงานผลการประเมินตนเอง 2) รูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ ผลผลิต ผลลัพธ์ ผลกระทบ 3) รูปแบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก มีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
