บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุในยุคดิจิทัล พฤติกรรมการใช้บริการ เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ช่องทางการใช้ บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ สถานที่ที่ใช้บริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ความถี่ในการใช้บริการ เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ แอปพลิเคชันที่มีการเลือกเข้าใช้งาน และกิจกรรมที่เลือกใช้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาคือ ผู้ที่อาศัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีอายุ 55 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 500 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดแบบสอบถามเป็น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามสะดวก ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลมีผลต่อการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
