บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับสุขภาวะจิตและศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาวะจิตของผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลบ้านหาร อำเภอบางกล่ำ จังหวัดสงขลา ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลบ้านหาร อำเภอบางกล่ำ จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 267 คน คำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตาราง Krejcie & Morgan สุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยจับสลากจากครัวเรือนที่มีผู้สูงอายุ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคุณแบบขั้นบันได ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สุขภาวะจิตของผู้สูงอายุในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านสุขภาพจิตใจมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านสังคม ด้านความรู้ และด้านสุขภาพกาย ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่มีผลสุขภาวะจิตของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นในสังคม (ß = 0.481, p<.001) การปรับตัวทางสภาพแวดล้อมในสังคม (ß = 0.230, p<.001) การมองเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง (ß = 0.191, p<.001) การรู้จักตนเอง (ß = 0.141, p<.001) และ สภาพแวดล้อมของครอบครัว (ß = 0.076, p<.05 ) โดยองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่ได้จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ องค์กรที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและสถาบันครอบครัวที่ทุกคนต้องให้ความสำคัญ สามารถนำข้อมูลการวิจัยไปปรับใช้กับการดูแลสุขภาวะจิตของผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างมีประวิทธิภาพมากขึ้นในด้านสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิตใจ สุขภาพด้านสังคมและสุขภาพด้านความรู้ต่อไป
