การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ทบทวนองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผู้สูงอายุ และเสนอรูปแบบการจัดการเพื่อสร้างการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของผู้สูงอายุ เนื้อหาที่เขียนมาจากการสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมเชิงลึกจากนิยามการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งประกอบด้วยปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ 1) ความเข้ากันได้ 2) ประโยชน์จากการใช้งาน 3) ความง่ายในการใช้งาน 4) ทรัพยากรทางการเงิน 5) ด้านความปลอดภัย และ 6)ความเชื่อมั่นและองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้เกิดความเข้าใจในการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีให้กับผู้สูงอายุ ทั้งนี้เทคโนโลยีที่เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการดำเนินการทางด้านการเงิน เนื่องจากปัจจุบันแนวโน้มการใช้จ่ายเงินของปัจเจกบุคคลจะเป็นไปในทางการดำเนินการทางออนไลน์เพิ่มขึ้น ทั้งนี้หากผู้ประกอบการสามารถปรับวิธีการจัดการนวัตกรรมทางการเงินให้เอื้อต่อการใช้งานของผู้สูงอายุ โดยเริ่มจากจัดการที่สามารถสร้างการยอมรับในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุได้จะช่วยให้ผู้สูงอายุสามารถดำเนินการเทคโนโลยีใยปัจจุบันได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น
