บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะอาชีพ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะอาชีพ และ 3) ตรวจสอบและทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะอาชีพ โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนาแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 269 คน ใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินความสอดคล้อง (IOC) แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบประเมินทักษะครู แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพรูปแบบ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะอาชีพมีสภาพปัจจุบันน้อยกว่าสภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุดคือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะอาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ ปัจจัยนำเข้า วิธีดำเนินการ ผลผลิต และการนำรูปแบบไปปฏิบัติ 3) ผลการตรวจสอบและทดลองใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า คะแนนหลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ระดับการปฏิบัติครูในการจัดการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
