บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาล 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน และ 3) รวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจำจังหวัดมหาสารคาม โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณแบบสำรวจ ประชากร จำนวน 370 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .944 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ANOVA ปัญหาการวิจัย คือการบริหารยังขาดความสม่ำเสมอในหลักนิติธรรม ขาดความโปร่งใสและการมีส่วนร่วม การใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ และยังขาดการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบเชิงลึกในด้านปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารโดยใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านหลักนิติธรรม ด้านหลักภาระรับผิดชอบ รองลงมา คือ ด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านหลักความโปรงใส ด้านหลักการมีส่วนร่วม 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ควรเน้นปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างเคร่งครัด กำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน สร้างความโปร่งใสในการทำงาน ส่งเสริมคุณธรรม เปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็น ข้อสรุปควรเน้นการบริหารให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย โปร่งใส มีส่วนร่วม ใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า และนำเทคโนโลยีช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหาร
