บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ของครู 2. ศึกษาภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ของครู 3. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์กับภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ของครู และ 4. วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 340 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามแนวคิดของลิเคิร์ท มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.986 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทิศทางเดียว ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน วิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ของครู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามความรับรู้ของครู โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์กับภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ของครู มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก และ 4. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ ที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามการรับรู้ของครู คือด้านการกำหนดทิศทาง
