การดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และ 3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อำเภอมายอ จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญคือ ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยสถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การเปรียบเทียบ
การดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ตามตัวแปรพบว่า จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า ภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามอายุ พบว่า ครูที่มีอายุต่างกัน
มีความคิดเห็นต่อโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะควรเพิ่มงบประมาณ อุปกรณ์การเรียน ด้านบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ควรมีความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ควรปรับสถานที่ให้น่าอยู่ ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรม ควรออกแบบและจัดทำแผนการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากชุมชน จัดประชุมชี้แจงที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกภาคส่วนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน ด้านการส่งเสริม ควรมีการสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพและมีขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่
