บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 86 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ครูที่มีเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในการส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ แตกต่างกัน และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านแล้ว พบว่า ด้านการสร้างและการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ข้อค้นพบจากการวิจัยนี้ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ควรส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอนจัดการศึกษา โดยยึดหลักผู้เรียนทุกคนมีความสามารถเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาตนเองได้ และถือว่าผู้เรียนมีความสำคัญที่สุด กระบวนการจัดการศึกษาต้องส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถพัฒนาตามธรรมชาติและเต็มตามศักยภาพ
