ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการบริการสาธารณะของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นในอำเภอหนองแค จังหวัดสระบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการบริการสาธารณะของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่นในอำเภอหนองแค จังหวัดสระบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น 2) ระดับการบริการสาธารณะของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์กับการบริการสาธารณะของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้จำนวน 397 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านจินตนาการ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านความยืดหยุ่น และด้านการแก้ปัญหา 2) การบริการสาธารณะของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ด้านการจัดระเบียบชุมชนสังคมและรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย ด้านคุณภาพชีวิต และด้านการลงทุนทรัพยากรและศิลปวัฒนธรรม และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำ
เชิงสร้างสรรค์มีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริการสาธารณะของผู้นำองค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
