องค์ประกอบของความฉลาดทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความฉลาดทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย (2) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของความฉลาดทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางส่งเสริมความฉลาดทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 320 คน ผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ 15 คน และผู้เข้าร่วมสนทนากลุ่ม 6 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.951 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความฉลาดทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ความฉลาดทางการเมือง
ในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ประกอบด้วย 12 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ทางการเมือง การสื่อสารและการรับรู้ข้อมูลทางการเมือง การตัดสินใจทางการเมือง ความรับผิดชอบทางการเมือง การเป็นพลเมืองดี
ในวิถีประชาธิปไตย การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ ความเสมอภาคและการยอมรับความแตกต่าง การสร้างเครือข่ายและส่งเสริมความรู้ทางการเมือง จิตสำนึกด้านสิทธิ กฎหมาย และประโยชน์ส่วนรวม สิทธิและเสรีภาพในการตรวจสอบอำนาจรัฐ การอภิปรายและการวิเคราะห์ทางการเมือง และความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต โดยสามารถอธิบายความผันแปรได้ร้อยละ 58.103 และ (3) แนวทางส่งเสริมความฉลาดทางการเมืองควรมุ่งพัฒนา 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความรู้ทางการเมือง ทักษะทางการเมือง และพฤติกรรมทางการเมือง เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจ การมีส่วนร่วม และการแสดงบทบาท
ทางการเมืองของนักการเมืองและผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งภายใต้ระบอบประชาธิปไตยอย่างมีคุณภาพ
