Learning Process Development of Professional Learning Community (PLC) in Context of Faculty of Education, Bansomdejchaopaya Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study opinions towards learning process of Professional Learning Community (PLC) in context of Faculty of Education, Bansomdejchaopaya Rajabhat University, 2) study characteristics and learning process of PLC, 3) to study lessons learned from foreign countries regarding PLC, and 4) propose guidelines to develop learning of PLC. The subjects were 381 students studying in the first year in Faculty of Education, Bansomdejchaopaya Rajabhat University in the first semester of academic years 2016, using stratified random sampling. The research instrument was Five-Likert Rating Scale questionnaire use to collect opinions and learning process problems of PLC. data. The results found that:
- Opinions toward learning process of PLC in Faculty of Education context, in general, students agreed with all aspects.
- The analysis results on operational condition of learning process of PLC in Faculty of Education context, overall, it was put into practice at high level for all four aspects, that was, collaborative working, supportive structure, vision and professional development, respectively;
- The elements of PLC, getting from document synthesis, consisted of four aspects, that was, 1) Professional development, 2) vision, 3) collaborative working and 4) supportive structure;
Guidelines to efficiently develop learning process of PLC in Faculty of Education context were to improve professional development, vision, collaborative working and supportive structure respectively.
