The Satisfaction of Students of the Bachelor of Education towards Physical Education Curriculum (5 – year program)(Revised Curriculum Academic Year 2011) at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in Academic Year 2015

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the satisfaction of students and graduates towards Physical Education curriculum (5 – year program)(Revised Curriculum Academic Year 2011)   at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in academic year 2015. The participants of this research were students studying in Physical Education Program (5 – year program) (Revised Curriculum Academic Year 2011). They were selected by purposive sampling. The total of 80 participants consisted of 55 students who were studying in Practicum 1 and 2 and they also taught in Educational Service Area : Chanthaburi, Rayong and Trat and 25 graduates of the Bachelor of Education Curriculum (5 – year program) in Physical Education Program. A questionnaire was used as the tool in this research and  the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.95. The data were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation.

              The results of this research showed that the satisfaction of students and graduates in overall towards Physical Education curriculum (5 – year program) (Revised Curriculum Academic   Year 2011) at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in Academic year 2015. was at the high level              (=4.23, S.D.= .43). The aspect that had the highest level of satisfaction was learning through the curriculum (=4.42, S.D.= .47). The researcher also found that the aspects that had high level of satisfaction were evaluation (=4.35, S.D.= .50), instructors (=4.31, S.D.= .44), management of learning and activities of course (= 4.20, S.D.= .48), curriculum (= 4.13, S.D.= .44), and environmental management contributed learning (= 3.94, S.D.= .72) respectively.
