The Devalopment of self-Development of teacher for Inclusive Education Management

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to propose a format of self-development of teacher in inclusive education management in the schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission. The research was conducted in three stages:1 ) studied current conditions, problems, self- development of teacher in inclusive education management  by using questionnaires with school management and 125 teachers  in the schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission, deeply interviewed 3 prototypical schools of inclusive education management by interviewing 27 management and teachers, and examined major and minor components from 5 specialists, 2) drafted a format of self-development of teacher in inclusive education management in the schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission and manual for operating in accordance with the format, evaluated the propriety and feasibility of the fomat and assessed the appropriateness of the manual by 17 specialists, and  3) proposed the format of self-development of teacher in inclusive education management in the schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission by having a seminar with 17 specialists. The data were analyzed by using statistic: percentage, means and standard deviation as well as analyzing the contents.
