Implementation of Nayaiam Subdistrict Administrative Organization Strategic of Amphoe Nayaiam, Chanthaburi Province

Abstract

The aiws of the research were to study the opinion of people in Tambon Nayaiam, Amphoe Nayaiam , Chanthaburi towards the in placentation of the administration organization strategy, to study the problems of the administration organization From and to study the suggestions for the administration The sample consisted of 352 people in Tambon Nayaiam. Questionnaires were used to collect data. And provide important information which meets on the study of 8 people. Using in-depth interviews as a tool to collect data.

The results found that : 1) the opinion of the people in Tambon Nayaiam towardsthe administration strategy was at a high level. The arpeats rated were personnel and social development at the top, nature and environment  at the second and infrastructure at the last. The problems found were lack of budget and public areas for activities, no service minded personnel, the public olid not understand the management and take participation. The suggestions were the organization should have a unit to take care for the budget, personnel and materials from outsources,  the personnel should love move service mind, encargue more activaties for the public, more public relation.
