Actual Characteristics of Physical Education Internship Students of Five year Curriculum, of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in The Opinions of School Administrators and Teacher In Academic Year of 2014.

Abstract

              The purpose of this research was to study the actual characteristics of Physical Education internship students of five-year curriculum of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University as perceived by administrators and mentor teachers in academic year of 2014. There were 4 aspects to be considered; standard of knowledge and professional experience, job performance standard, self-behavior standard and teacher profession ethics.

              The sample for this research were the administrators, assistant directors in academic division in administration division, heads of Health Education and Physical Education groups, and mentor teachers from the school where the internship students worked with in 2014. The questionnaire constructed by the researcher was used to collect the data with reliability of .96 The data were then analyzed by mean and standard deviation.

              The results were as follows:
              The actual characteristics of Physical Education internship students of five-year curriculum of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in the opinions of the administrators and mentor teachers were overall at the more satisfaction level (=4.30). When considered by the aspects, it was found that all aspects were at the highest satisfaction level as shown; job performance standard, self-behavior standard and teacher profession ethics and standard of knowledge and Professional experience was  at the high satisfaction level (=4.28, = 4.37, = 4.40,= 4.12) respectively
